ACCOMMODATION

You can drive into the complex through a large entrance gate. Immediately to the right is the open parking lot, and next to it is Casa Alegria. A short path leads directly to the entrance of this charming house with a garden. When you open the front door, you enter the foyer, with the kitchen immediately to your left.

On the ground floor;

• The modern, separate kitchen feels very bright and spacious and is fully equipped for your convenience, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and capsule coffee machine. All kitchenware enjoy cooking and dining at home is provided. The large sliding glass doors opening onto the garden make the kitchen a particularly bright space, making it a delightful place to spend time for those who love to cook.

• Opposite the kitchen is an inviting living and dining room. A solid wood table seats eight guests. Next to it is a comfortable large sofa and a cozy armchair, arranged around the widescreen TV. The living area is surrounded by windows that open onto the garden, creating a pleasant sense of space and light. A sliding door leads from the living area to the terrace and the private garden.

• The ground floor also features a comfortable bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, shutters, and air conditioning. A small desk is very convenient for those who want to work or study remotely. Adjacent to this room is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. The washing machine is also located here.

A staircase leads from the entrance hall to the upper floor.

• There are two more bedrooms here , each with its own bathroom, one of which is en suite. The separate bathroom features a bathtub, while the modern en suite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with two comfortable single beds, air conditioning, shutters, and spacious closets.

• The master bedroom features a lovely terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the Benidorm skyline in the distance. There is also a small terrace on the landing that overlooks the communal garden and has a cozy seating area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee.

Outdoor living:

Casa Alegria is a warm and inviting home, as cheerful as its name suggests, and this atmosphere extends to the outdoor spaces as well. From the living room and kitchen, you can step right out into the private garden, which features a wonderfully spacious terrace—a delightful spot to relax in the sun or in the shade.

• The terrace serves multiple purposes. For instance, there is a comfortable lounge area with a very large corner sofa. This is the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or by the pool, and enjoy an aperitif as evening gently falls.

• The covered dining area features a large table that seats six guests. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner… at Casa Alegria, everything takes place in a relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere, with a view of the garden and surrounded by lush greenery.

In the garden, comfortable lounge chairs invite you to read, doze off, or simply enjoy the warm Mediterranean sun. For those who prefer some shade, all terraces are equipped with awnings, and there is also a large portable parasol.

Fancy a refreshing dip? From Casa Alegria, it’s just a short walk to the two beautiful lagoon-style pools. The Mediterranean gardens, with their lush lawns, are surrounded by swaying palm trees and colorful flowers, creating the atmosphere of a tropical oasis.

If you’d like to round off an afternoon at the beach or pool with a relaxing summer evening in the company of family or friends, you can fire up the charcoal grill on the terrace at Casa Alegria and enjoy some delicious grilled food—the perfect way to end another wonderful day of vacation.
