My love for the Costa Blanca

Swapping dreary Belgium for a daily dose of sun, sea and beach: it was always on my schedule. I started learning Cervantes' language at the age of 16. My first job as a hotel animator was supposed to be some kind of world tour, but I immediately fell in love with my first destination and decided to stay in Playa del Albir.

Meanwhile, I am a proud Hispanobelga or Spanishbelgian, living the best of both worlds. I remain true to my Belgian identity, which translates into professionalism, punctuality, and great problem-solving skills, but also embrace the Spanish culture and go through life as a good-natured bon vivant with a broad smile.

Richard Rentals'philosophy

After 10 years of experience in the tourism sector and another 10 years as a real estate agent, it was an obvious choice to build a bridge between both passions.

In spite of all the travel guides and online information, it remains virtually impossible for many visitors to experience that real couleur locale.

With my in-depth knowledge of the region, extensive network and love for the region, I want to give people a magical and unforgettable vacation on the Costa Blanca.

The stay surprised us very pleasantly. We were 8 guests, the villa was spacious, the living room as well as the bedrooms beautiful and well cared for with a beautiful sea view. Also on the terrace (one of the four) with nice outdoor kitchen it was sublime. Everything was very well organized, good service and friendly hostess. We will definitely come back.
