Past a door with Spanish ironwork and the typical Mediterranean stone wall, a staircase leads you inside the paradise that is Casa Campoverde;

• You first pass by the outdoor area; to the right is a large open terrace with spacious pool. A small staircase leads all the way to the right to a slightly higher sun terrace with loungers and views of the pool and house. Around the pool there is enough space to enjoy the sun, and for those who prefer the shade there are three large parasols. Naturally, the pool is equipped with a comfortable outdoor shower.

• From on the sun terrace, another small staircase leads to a slightly higher level, with a fine aperitif corner and the large gas barbecue on the left. On the right side there is the covered terrace. Here meals are taken in the dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs. By the way, on this covered terrace there is also the washing machine.

Through the covered terrace there is access to the house:

• The combined living room with open kitchen looks airy and elegant with the beautiful sand colors. There is a comfortable sofa and television, and between kitchen and living area is an inviting bar with two wooden bar stools. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, combi oven/microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle. Beautiful kitchenware is also not lacking, so you can enjoy delicious meals in Casa Campoverde. The living area has its own air conditioning unit, making it a comfortable place to be throughout the year.

• To the left of the kitchen is the sleeping area. The master bedroom opens onto the covered terrace and has a double bed. The second room has two single beds. Both rooms are equipped with a comfortable wardrobe, can be darkened by shutters and/or blackout curtains and have an individual air conditioning unit. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with shower and natural light.

From the terraces at the front of the house, two outdoor staircases leave left and right along the side of the house to the top. You can thus walk all around the house and enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden. Along the stairs on the left side of the house, you arrive at a thatched pergola with a large sitting area. This is a lovely spot to comfortably enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains, sheltered from the sun's rays.

Outdoors: a short distance from Casa Campoverde there is a lot to discover and experience; 

The beautiful coves of Benissa are exceptionally beautiful; Cala Fustera and Cala Baladrar with their trendy waterfront restaurants are probably the best known, but along the entire coast you will find beautiful beaches. The so-called "Paseo Ecologico" is a landscaped path that starts in Cala Advocat and ends in the picturesque marina of Bassetes, on the border with Calpe, along the various coves of Benissa.

The nearby village of Benissa is an authentic Spanish village, full of charming streets, atmospheric bars and restaurants and definitely worth a visit. The famous coastal village of Moraira is also a very short distance from Casa Campoverde and offers plenty of entertainment and fun with beaches, marina, restaurants, bars and stores galore.
