At the end of a dead-end street is the charming Casa Carolina. A large and automatic sliding gate slides open and gives access to a private courtyard. Under the double carport is comfortable parking in the shade. Next to the carport, some steps lead to a stately front door, which gives access to a southern patio.

The tone is immediately set; through the thatched pergola the sun's rays play their play of light while a stunning private pool with panoramic views invites you to take a refreshing splash. On this main terrace, - which is completely hidden from view and offers absolute privacy - you are surrounded by a particularly soothing view of the surrounding mountains, the skyline of Benidorm and a slice of the Mediterranean in the distance. At the pool, long, lazy days on the sun loungers around the pool and cozy dinners under the covered pergola beckon. Across the terrace, an authentic Argentine BBQ completes the outdoor experience, and next to the entrance to the kitchen in the main house is another large square table, for those who like to have their first cup of coffee or tea in the morning in the sun.

To the side of the terrace, a wooden front door and a beautiful entrance hall gives access to the main house,

• On the left side of this hall is the particularly cozy living area, equipped with its own air conditioning unit and a comfortable sitting area with a charming fireplace, several sofas and a separate work area. Exotic souvenirs, warm colors and noble materials such as wood welcome you and immediately bring you into a vacation atmosphere that at the same time feels very homely.
• The modern open kitchen exudes the same cozy atmosphere and blends seamlessly with the living space. With a large worktop, modern appliances and all the necessities for a carefree stay, you can enjoy preparing the most delicious meals here.
• On the other side of the living room, the entrance hall leads to a corridor. On the left side of this corridor, a first door gives access to a spacious laundry room with washing machine, dryer and all cleaning and household utensils. From the laundry room you can access the outdoor area at the back of the house, where there is a large clothesline. Across the hall, a second door leads to the spacious and separate guest toilet.
• At the end of the corridor, a third door gives access to the master bedroom; this stylish room with high ceilings and double bed of 1m80 has air conditioning, can be completely darkened through shutters, and has its own en-suite bathroom with double sink, toilet and a generous walk-in shower. By the way, the bathroom has a window through which you can enjoy natural light.
• To the left of the pergola and across from the main house is the separate guest house, with its own separate entrance. A small entrance hall leads on the right to two bright double bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes, a double bed of 1m35, shutters and a ceiling fan. These two rooms share a separate, comfortable bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, practically arranged and also with natural daylight.

Especially convenient is that there is a third full bathroom in the outdoor area. This is located to the left of the pool, and is equipped with sink, toilet and walk-in shower, and like the other two bathrooms has natural light.
