In a quiet residential area, just outside the charming and authentically Spanish village of Altea La Vella, Casa Clara welcomes its guests with open arms. A large automatic sliding gate gives access to the plot with a parking area that can easily accommodate three cars. A southern staircase with colorful tiles, leads to the entrance of this charming villa.

A large entrance hall with built-in closets, gives through to the central living space, which with its round and wavy lines brings a delightful mix of playfulness and Mediterranean charm. This colorful yet exceptionally stylish villa exudes one and all cheerful vacation atmosphere thanks to an eclectic but particularly successful mix of Mediterranean elements, exotic accents and trendy decoration. The large living space effortlessly combines multiple functions with an airy open-plan layout:

+ Immediately after the entrance hall we find the spacious dining area; attractively furnished and decorated, and equipped with a circular dining room that can seat six guests.

+ A beautiful sitting area with lounge in the center of the living space, gives access to the outdoors and overlooks the covered terrace, while a cozy zit-put on the other side living space invites to cocooning,lazy siestas or just watch TV. During the winter months it is extra cozy here thanks to the authentic wood fireplace.  

+ The open kitchen is located opposite the sitting area with lounge, in the middle of the living space, and offers every possible comfort, with a combined electric/gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the adjacent utility room there is a large refrigerator, washing machine and dryer.

On this floor, all the way on the other side of the living space, we also find following rooms:

+ a spacious double room, with double bed of 1m80, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning unit.

+ a polival room, with double sofa bed, which can serve any guests or when there are additional children, with a desk for those who still have to meet work or study obligations even during the vacations, and a cute little terrace with French doors that overlooks the beautiful pool.

+ a separate bathroom, in modern style, with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A window lets in natural daylight and fresh air.

+ a small storage shed, in which the cleaning and ironing supplies have their place.

A beautiful Mediterranean staircase in the living space leads with playful curves to the top floor where a white wrought iron gate gives access to

+ the particularly spacious master bedroom with 1m80 double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fan as well as a private terrace with stunning panoramic views, which never gets boring.

+ a second bedroom with 1m80 double bed and its own closet.

+ a separate bathroom, equipped with a large shower, a double sink, toilet and a window with natural daylight.

Outdoor space

From the living space, a sliding door provides access to the outdoor space;

+ There is a large and partially covered terrace. The dining table for six guests overlooks the outdoor area, and under the canopy it is delightful, since there is always a pleasant breeze. The panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, nature and the vast Mediterranean Sea never bore you.

The beautiful kidney-shaped is surrounded by greenery; the bright pink blossoms of the adelfas and the waving banana plants, immediately put you in vacation mood. Around the pool, comfortable loungers invite you to long, lazy days, where nothing must and everything goes. A large shower with playful Spanish tiles completes this space.

The attractive Mediterranean garden continues all the way around the house and at the back of the house a particularly comfortable seating area under the shady pergola awaits. Whether it is to start the day with a cup of coffee, enjoy a siesta or a book, or to end the day with an aperitif, here too you will always come to rest.

• During your vacation, we are and will remain your point of contact for questions and additional tips to make it a dream vacation.
