Casa La Vida is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is therefore completely free of through traffic. You arrive at the house on the upper level, where a pedestrian gate and an automatic entrance gate open onto the spacious private parking area with carport. A staircase along the side of the house leads you to the different levels.

Downstairs, the main terrace opens up on the left :

This terrace is partially covered by a pergola and invites you to enjoy long, relaxing moments in the open air. The dining table comfortably seats six guests and is the perfect setting for cozy lunches and dinners. The brick bench with soft cushions invites you to enjoy long, lazy siestas. This delightful terrace, shaded by impressive olive trees and surrounded by fragrant orange trees, is a southern oasis par excellence. You look out over the mountains, with the sparkling blue of the Mediterranean Sea in the distance, adding extra depth to every view.

Next to the staircase connecting the different levels is a separate laundry room. This practical space is equipped with a washing machine and all the necessary accessories, such as an ironing board, iron, and drying rack.

On a slightly lower level, we find the entrance to the living area. You enter the open living space: an attractive living room with a sleek, modern open kitchen. Both are bathed in light and offer every comfort for a pleasant stay.

The sleekly designed kitchen is fully equipped and has all kitchenware need for a carefree stay. Enjoy a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice, a smoothie, or a delicious cappuccino for breakfast—you'll have everything you need to roll up your sleeves and get cooking.

Seamlessly integrated into the living space, cooking and socializing flow naturally into one another. The atmosphere is clean and minimalist, while the furnishings and decor provide warmth and coziness.

On the left side of the living room is a spacious bedroom, with a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower next to it. On the right side is the second, equally spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, also equipped with a large walk-in shower. All bathrooms have a sleek finish in cement ciré, creating a modern yet rustic look. The second bedroom is directly connected to the outside and has its own access to the outdoor area and the various terraces.

The pool terrace at Casa La Vida has been carefully designed and furnished to create a cozy atmosphere, entirely dedicated to enjoyment and with plenty of beach club vibes.

• The 10m x 3m swimming pool is located on the lowest level of the house, creating a secluded and intimate setting. Here too, you can enjoy views of nature, with the sea as a peaceful backdrop. The location is particularly serene and almost cocoon-like. Thanks to its favorable position, you can enjoy the sun here until late afternoon.

• Surrounding the pool is a comfortable seating area with an attractive wicker parasol stone benches, equipped with comfortable cushions, where you can effortlessly settle down to relax, stretch out in the sun, or simply enjoy the moment. With a good book, an aperitif, or a pleasant conversation with your travel companions—the choice is yours.

• Next to the pool is a separate chill-out zone, built under the structure of the house. This covered area is wonderful on warmer days and offers shade and coolness; ideal for those who want to escape the sun for a while. The perfect place to lounge or quietly let the day slip by. We bet you'll spend many hours here!

• Adjacent to the chill-out zone is a cozy terrace with a wicker parasol two comfortable sun loungers, overlooking the pool, nature, and the sea in the distance. The outdoor shower is also located here.

• By mutual agreement we plan a relaxed welcome moment after arrival. We will be happy to show you around the house and its surroundings.
• During your vacation, we are and will remain your point of contact for questions and additional tips to make it a dream vacation.
