On a quiet street in the beautiful residential neighborhood of Sierra Cortina, a wrought-iron automatic gate leads into the Mediterranean-style complex “Los Olivos.”

Just off the entrance is the open parking area, which includes a reserved parking space for Casa Leon. A pair of steps leads up to this charming townhouse, located in a well-maintained and charming complex. Passing through the front garden, you enter Casa Leon, an inviting vacation home with a warm Mediterranean feel. A long central hallway leads to the living area, with the kitchen located immediately to the right.‍

• The separate kitchen is spacious, bright, and fully equipped. With a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and plenty of kitchenware, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy cooking at home. The cozy dining area also makes the kitchen a wonderful place to start the day. Thanks to the many windows, this space enjoys an abundance of natural light, ideal for a relaxed breakfast or a cup of coffee in the morning sun.

• Next to the kitchen is a practical storage room with a washing machine, ironing board, and all the necessary cleaning supplies. Back in the central hallway, you’ll find a bathroom and the staircase next to the kitchen.

• The ground-floor bathroom features a sink, toilet, and shower. After a day at the beach, this is especially convenient for quickly freshening up and keeping the house sand-free.

• The staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms and two more bathrooms are located.

The central hallway leads into the combined living and dining area. The spacious dining room features a wooden table for six guests, while the comfortable sofa invites you to enjoy a relaxing siesta or a cozy evening. The owners deliberately chose a harmonious interior design that perfectly matches the atmosphere of the region. Fresh white walls, light-colored furniture, and natural materials such as wicker create a soothing and authentic Mediterranean ambiance.

Through a sliding glass door, you can access the private garden with a covered terrace and a sunshade. This sheltered outdoor space offers plenty of privacy and is bathed in afternoon sun. The dining table, which seats six guests the perfect spot for long lunches or cozy dinners al fresco. For those who love to soak up the sun, there are also two comfortable lounge chairs available.

On the upper floor, the staircase leads to a charming landing with Mediterranean accents and a full-length mirror;

• On the right side of the landing is the master bedroom, a spacious suite with an en-suite bathroom. This room features a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a sofa bed that can serve as a fifth sleeping spot for a child. There is also a spacious wardrobe. Thanks to the blackout shutters and individual air conditioning, you can enjoy optimal comfort here. The master bedroom also features a private terrace with a cozy bistro set. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and hydromassage tub, making this suite truly complete.

• On the left side of the landing is a third bathroom, equipped with a toilet, sink, and bathtub.

• Adjacent to this is the second bedroom, furnished with two single beds (90x180 cm) and a built-in wardrobe. This room also features blackout blinds and its own air conditioning unit.

Within this beautiful complex, guests can enjoy no fewer than two impressive lagoon-style pools, surrounded by well-manicured Mediterranean gardens and lush lawns. It is the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the Spanish outdoor lifestyle.

Casa Leon is also designed to be particularly child-friendly. A variety of baby amenities are available, including a crib, high chair, and car seat. In addition, our youngest guests can enjoy beach toys and other fun amenities for hours of playtime fun during their vacation.

• You will receive the exact address of your vacation home in good time, as well as a handy list with practical info.
• At the latest 1 week before arrival, we will receive from you the identity details of all guests.
• Leading up to your stay, you can always contact us should you have any additional questions.
• By mutual agreement we plan a relaxed welcome moment after arrival. We will gladly make time to show you around your house and inform you on the surroundings.
• During your vacation, we are and will remain your point of contact for questions and additional tips to make it a dream vacation.
