Through the front door you enter a cozy living room with TV, a record player and fireplace. French doors with the blue shutters characteristic of this finca, lead to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and nature. On the other side of the living room there is also access to the outdoor area, with small steps here on the left that lead you to a lovely open roof terrace. Here there is a stone bench with comfortable cushions, allowing you to enjoy the sublime views of the Mediterranean sea and the impressive mountain range of the Bernia at sunset. Without a doubt the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set behind mountains.

In addition to the living room, a beautiful and spacious hall gives access to three spacious bedrooms;

• The master bedroom with beautiful four-poster bed and ceiling fan, features its own en suite bathroom with a striking colorful walk-in shower. This room also has its own private sun terrace. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the valley.
• There are also two bedrooms on this floor and a bathroom with its own toilet and shower.
• All bedrooms can be completely darkened through the charming blue shutters or a blackout curtain.

From the hall, a stately Spanish staircase leads down to a second living space. This sitting room also features a fireplace, a small library and a desk where you can work comfortably. Central to this space is the dining room, with a stately wooden table and beautiful, eye-catching light fixtures. From this room, large French doors give access to a spacious covered terrace that overlooks the valley and is a great place to dine with a large party in the evening.  

In the living room on the right side there is still to a separate toilet and the utility room with washing machine.

To the left of this open-plan living space you'll find the charming farmhouse kitchen. Equipped with a large American-style fridge with an ice maker, a gas stove, an oven, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and plenty of kitchenware, it offers all modern comforts. The kitchen also has its own covered terrace, naturally with stunning views of the valley and surrounding nature. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful breakfast in the morning.

Finally, just around the corner from the terrace by the kitchen, there's a separate suite that houses the fourth bedroom. This suite has its own entrance and private bathroom with walk-in shower and toiet. This room has shutters.

Last but not least, there’s “EL PEQUEÑO.”

Loosely translated, “El Pequeño” means “the little one,” but don’t let the name fool you. This delightful cottage is indeed the little sister of Finca Jabali and is a fully-fledged, completely detached home for two guests, located on the same property.

El Pequeño is a real gem. This detached house was built with great care and respect for the Mediterranean style, as evidenced by the high-quality materials used, including beautiful dry-stone walls and wooden elements. However, the high-quality craftsmanship and luxurious details are not the only highlights this guesthouse has to offer.

Thanks to the high ceiling, the open living space feels exceptionally light and airy—a sensation further enhanced by the French doors that seem to bring the outdoors inside. Wooden beams, masonry elements, and dry stone create a warm, cozy, yet elegant atmosphere.

The open kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room; it is fully equipped and comes with all the modern conveniences. With a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, you can enjoy cooking here. The choice is yours: will you head out or stay in and relax? At El Pequeño, you can do both.

From the living room, you can step right out onto the beautiful private terrace, which overlooks the rolling countryside surrounding Finca Jabali and El Pequeño. Here, you’ll find yourself completely undisturbed and can enjoy 100% privacy.

The separate bedroom, which can be completely darkened, and the en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower round out this elegant home. El Pequeño also features its own washing machine.

DURING THE HIGH SEASON , El Pequeño is available for rent together with Finca Jabali, bringing the total capacity of the property to a maximum of 10 adults.

OUTSIDE THE HIGH SEASON, El Pequeño is available upon request for two guests, without access to the main house. Comfort remains a priority during this time as well: with underfloor heating and a fireplace, you can enjoy the best of both worlds—sunny days and cozy evenings, surrounded by beautiful nature.

Outside of peak season, there may be times when you share the property with the Dutch owners. It’s up to you whether you’d like to socialize or prefer to enjoy your privacy in peace and quiet. During peak season, it is not possible to rent El Pequeño on its own.

Finca Jabali & El Pequeño are situated on a spacious 2.5-hectare estate, making it a wonderful place to take walks, and you’ll enjoy complete privacy. The kidney-shaped pool is accessible from the upper living room of Finca Jabali via the terrace and a set of steps, and it’s completely secluded. There’s plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing. There are plenty of seating areas, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, so you can enjoy a day by the pool in complete comfort. The pool is situated between the two houses.

Finca Jabalí and El Pequeño are, by the way, “off-grid” homes; electricity is provided by solar panels and a high-tech solar power system. Cooking is done on gas. The house is located in Marnes, a hamlet of Pinos. About a 5-minute drive from the finca, there is a typical Spanish tapas restaurant and an idyllic Spanish paella restaurant. Both serve authentic Spanish cuisine at reasonable prices. The nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute drive away.
