Panorama del Mar is a beautiful double penthouse in one of the most luxurious buildings of Altea Hills, designed for those who love space, comfort and breathtaking views.

Upon arrival, you enter the building through an enclosed private communal garage with four parking spaces at your disposal. From here, an elevator takes you directly to the penthouse floor, where the experience truly begins.

The front door opens into the spacious lounge that flows seamlessly into a large open kitchen. The elegant living space is bathed in natural light, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic sea views. The space is stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas and an elegant dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop and a spacious American refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

From the lounge, a corridor leads to the penthouse sleeping quarters.

• Immediately to the left is a spacious checkroom, with ample storage space.
• Opposite the checkroom is an independent bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

• To the left, two beautifully appointed double bedrooms offer comfort and tranquility, each with ample closet space and direct access to the expansive front terrace.
• To the right is a stylish independent bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet.

At the end of the hallway is the spacious master suite. In this spacious bedroom you will imagine yourself in the suite of a luxury hotel; with a large double bed and direct access to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy unobstructed sea views from bed. The beautiful en-suite bathroom features a double sink, walk-in shower and luxurious bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. Between the bedroom and the bathroom is a large walk-in dressing room, with plenty of cabinets, drawers and a dressing table.

For optimal comfort, the entire penthouse is equipped with automatic shutters in all rooms and a central air conditioning system.

The absolute highlight of Panorama del Mar is its impressive terrace. This terrace is accessible from both the lounge and all the bedrooms.
