Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful residential neighborhood, The James welcomes its guests. As soon as the inviting wooden front door swings open, you’ll immediately sense the relaxed atmosphere that makes this stylish bungalow so special.

Right at the front of the house is one of its nicest spots: the spacious terrace with its cozy covered naya; 

• The outdoor space features charming brick planters, ornamental grasses, strelitzias, and various cacti that instantly transport you to a Mediterranean setting. The wooden loungers, complete with thick, comfortable cushions, are perfect for a long, lazy siesta and for soaking up the Spanish sun.

• Gather around the sturdy stone dining table in the naya to enjoy leisurely breakfasts, a sun-drenched afternoon aperitif, or a cozy summer evening that you’ll want to linger over just a little longer. A built-in bench, comfortable chairs, and a large wicker pendant light, together with beautiful terracotta pots filled with plants, create a warm Mediterranean atmosphere. Here you can easily find some shade, and there’s also a large parasol those who prefer to avoid the sun.

From the naya, you step directly into the open-concept living and dining area. Here, the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly into one another. In the dining area, there is a second round stone table that seats four guests. The sitting area, featuring a large sofa and a stylish club chair by the fireplace, exudes warmth and charm. Calm colors, natural materials, and a refined Japandi interior design ensure you’ll feel instantly at ease here.

The open kitchen stretches along the entire left-hand wall of the bungalow. With a spacious countertop, modern appliances, and a beautiful collection of Pomax kichen- and tableware , the kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to take the time to cook during their vacation. Equipped with an induction cooktop, combi-oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils, it truly lacks nothing to help you whip up the most delicious meals.

At the back of the house, three authentic Spanish panel doors lead to the beautiful bathroom and the two bedrooms. The design theme continues throughout; the serene and elegant Japandi atmosphere makes you feel like you’re staying at a hotel right in your own home.

• The elegant bathroom features a modern cement finish and exudes a sense of calm and simplicity. It includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Stella Maris toiletries round out the experience; this will be your very own wellness retreat while on vacation.

• The first bedroom features a spacious 180x200 cm brick-built bed, a practical built-in closet, elegant linen curtains, and its own air conditioning unit for added comfort.

• The second bedroom features a 160x200 cm bed, a built-in closet, and its own air conditioning unit. From this room, you have access to a charming private balconywith views of the surrounding nature and mountains. It’s a wonderful place to start your day in peace with a cup of coffee while the surroundings slowly wake up.

On hot days, the complex’s large communal pool offers a welcome respite from the heat. In addition, active guests can make use of the on-site tennis court.

The James is a wonderful base for anyone who wants to explore Moraira while enjoying peace, comfort, and stylish surroundings. It’s an easy walk to the center of Moraira, where charming restaurants, cute shops, and beautiful beaches await you. The nearest supermarket is just 500 meters from the bungalow.

• By mutual agreement we plan a relaxed welcome moment after arrival. We will gladly make time to show you around your house and inform you on the surroundings.
• During your vacation, we are and will remain your point of contact for questions and additional tips to make it a dream vacation.
