Through the automatic gate and along the driveway Villa El Sueño makes an immediate impression, with stunning panoramic views over the bay of Altea. Next to the entrance of the villa is enough space to park two large cars on the property. The front door opens into a bright entrance hall with an impressive staircase leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. To the right is the passage to the living spaces, and in the downstairs hallway there is also a practical guest toilet.

Living spaces

• The living spaces consist of several open-plan rooms that flow naturally into each other. The living room is furnished with large, comfortable sofas for watching TV or relaxing together. The dining room has plenty of room for the whole party to have a nice dinner. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and has direct access to the outdoor terrace, making serving meals inside and out easy. The kitchen island offers views of Altea Bay, making cooking here a pleasure. To the left of the kitchen there is a pantry and a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower, which opens onto the outdoor area and pool.

Thanks to the open layout and large sliding doors to the terraces, indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly, making the villa feel light and spacious.

Outdoor spaces

• The outdoor spaces are a real focal point of Villa el Sueño. The main terrace connects to the living room and kitchen and is set up for lounging, dining and enjoying the view, with a large dining table for ten guests and a comfortable seating area. The pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor space and is surrounded by luxurious sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool even has a built-in table, for those who want to enjoy a drink in the water. From the jacuzzi, it is wonderful to look out on magnificent sea views. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue, bar and television completes the picture and really offers everything for Mediterranean outdoor living. Natural stone walls provide privacy, while the plot offers open views of the surrounding hills and the bay of Altea.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

• Villa El Sueño features five bedrooms and four bathrooms. In the left wing are two spacious master suites. The master bedroom on the top floor has a 180cm bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom with freestanding tub and shower. The private terrace offers stunning views, ideal for starting the day peacefully with a cup of coffee. On a lower level is the second master suite, also with a 180cm bed, a private terrace and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Above the living room are three more guest bedrooms, including two with 150cm beds. One of these rooms has its own en suite bathroom with shower, while the other shares its bathroom with the fifth bedroom. This fifth bedroom is specially equipped for children and has bunk beds where four children can sleep comfortably. Together, these three bedrooms share a terrace overlooking the bay of Altea.

All bedrooms are finished to a high standard and feature built-in closets, blackout curtains and built-in air conditioning. High quality materials were chosen both inside and out, with a sleek design look and emphasis on luxury. This is not just another vacation home, this is, as the name of the villa tells you, "the cream" and in El Sueño, dreams come true.
