Through a charming little gate you arrive at the house via the front garden and closed parking lot. The front door opens to the entrance hall with separate guest toilet (in this toilet is where the washer and dryer are located.)

• To the left side of the entrance hall is a spacious suite. This is the master bedroom with private bathroom, including toilet, walk-in shower and sink. Next to this bathroom there is access through a sliding glass door to a small children's room with two folding beds. From the master bedroom there is another sliding glass door, leading to the walk-in dressing room with a luxurious double bath. Spectacular sea views and a ceiling with a starry sky that can be dimmed, turns taking a bath here into something extremely relaxing and romantic. This bedroom also has a private terrace with lounge set. Waking up here in the morning is wonderful, overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the sunrise. This entire suite has air conditioning, shutters and blackout curtains.
• To the right of the entrance hall, is the pleasant and bright semi-open kitchen, fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchenware. From the kitchen there is access to a side terrace with a summer kitchen and bar.
• A dining table for 10 guests takes center stage in the living space . A side door leads from here to a lounge terrace. The views from the living space are spectacular, all the way from Moraira to Calpe and starring the Mediterranean Sea. Connected to the lounge area of the living space is another open terrace, a lovely spot for breakfast at sunrise. The television offers several international channels and there is also a portable music box and a small vacation library at guests' disposal.
• Next to the kitchen a staircase runs along outside to the sleeping area downstairs. Here are three more beautiful suites, all with sea views and comfortable private bathrooms with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The middle bedroom also features a luxurious freestanding bathtub. All bedrooms open onto the pool terrace and are equipped with a closet, blackout curtains, shutters, individual air conditioning and comfortable beds with beautiful linens.

Outdoor living: All around Villa Limonero there are several terraces where it is good to relax, and always with a choice between sun or shade.

• 8 wooden sunbeds with comfortable cushions and pool towels.
• The pool has built-in stairs and outdoor shower.
• An awning ensures that there is also shade in and by the pool.
• During the winter months, the pool can be heated.
• Surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean oasis with palm trees, hibiscus and fragrant orange trees.
