At the end of a small cul-de-sac stands the impressive Villa Muchavista. A large, automatic sliding gate glides open to reveal a wide driveway that elegantly winds upward to the covered carport, with the main entrance to the house situated next to it.

The villa is entered on this level via the ground floor, where a central hallway provides access to various bedrooms;

• On the left is a separate guest studio, which guarantees maximum privacy and features a double bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be arranged together or apart as desired, plus a comfortable sofa bed with two single mattresses (80x200 cm) for two children. This room has its own modern en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
•  On the right-hand side are two more double bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x200 cm) and one with a double bed (160x200 cm), which share a modern bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. All bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioning unit and can be darkened with roller blinds.

This ground floor is also ideal for hosting family or guests, thanks to the clear separation between the bedrooms and living areas, with the master bedroom located upstairs. This allows multiple generations to enjoy a relaxing vacation together here in complete comfort and with the necessary privacy.

A beautiful, modern staircase in the entryway leads to the upper floor, where a door on the left opens onto the living areas—the beating heart of Villa Muchavista.

As soon as you step into the living area, it becomes immediately clear why the owners chose the name “Muchavista.” Large windows all around let the light pour in and fully showcase the impressive view. From the dining area, you can even enjoy a unique double sea view: straight ahead, you look out over the sea near Benidorm with its iconic skyline, while to the left you see the coastline of picturesque Albir, with the green mountain slopes of the Sierra de Albir in between. In this open living space, the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow harmoniously into one another. Sleek, modern materials and a beautiful white floor enhance the sense of light and space, while the large windows create a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors—an instant vacation feeling guaranteed.

• The dining room features a beautiful wooden table that seats ten guests, and the sitting area offers plenty of space with a spacious three-seater sofa and a second large three-seater sofa with a chaise longue. Large sliding windows in the combined living area open onto the open terrace with the pool and garden.
•  The modern open kitchen is bright, stylish, and exceptionally inviting; cooking here quickly becomes a pleasure in itself. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, and cooking here quickly becomes a pleasure in itself. With a large countertop, modern appliances, and everything you need for a carefree stay, you’ll enjoy preparing the most delicious meals here.
•  The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. Coffee lovers can choose between a Nespresso machine, a French press, or an Italian coffee maker. The kitchen bar is the perfect spot for those who prefer to watch rather than cook.

There is also direct access to the outdoor area from the kitchen. An especially practical feature is the outdoor staircase connecting the kitchen terrace to the carport, making it easy and quick to bring groceries inside. Next to the kitchen entrance, there is also a lovely terrace; overlooking the mountains and the sea, this is where you’ll catch the very first rays of the day. It’s the perfect spot to wake up peacefully with a cup of coffee or tea.

Back in the main hall on the first floor, there are two more doors:

• Behind the first door is a separate guest restroom. This restroom is also accessible directly from the outdoor area, which is particularly convenient for those spending time by the pool. This way, guests don’t necessarily have to use one of the main bathrooms, as this restroom serves perfectly as a pool restroom.
• The second door leads to the master suite: a particularly spacious bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, equipped with its own air conditioning unit and blackout curtains. The en-suite bathroom, equipped with a double sink, a spacious shower stall, and a toilet, is exceptionally comfortable and also benefits from natural daylight. From this master bedroom, you step directly onto the covered terrace by the pool.

From both the living room and the master bedroom, you can step effortlessly out into the outdoor area, the pool, and the terraces, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to blend together naturally and harmoniously. The sun-drenched terrace invites you to enjoy lazy mornings and long afternoons, while the stunning private pool with panoramic views tempts you to take a refreshing dip.

On the main terrace—largely hidden from prying eyes and offering complete privacy—you’ll be surrounded by a particularly soothing view of the surrounding mountains, with a double panorama of the Mediterranean Sea: directly ahead, the impressive skyline of Benidorm in the distance, and on the other side, the picturesque town of Albir.
