An automatic gate leads to the covered and spacious parking, where two parking spaces are provided. From this parking, you take the elevator to the third floor, where at the end of the corridor Alteamar awaits you.

• From the entrance hall there is access to two separate bedrooms and the bathroom on the right, while on the left there is a bright open living room, which seamlessly connects to the open kitchen and main terrace.
• To the right of the entrance hall, there is a first bedroom, with a double bed of 160cm , a built-in wardrobe and an extra cupboard with shelves. This bedroom opens onto a side terrace that looks out over the sea and - exceptionally for a house on the first line - has the afternoon sun. This room can be completely darkened with a roller shutter .
• The master bedroom is located next to this first bedroom and is slightly larger and has a double built-in wardrobe. This room has air conditioning and shares the same side terrace with the first bedroom. With a view of the Mediterranean Sea, and comfortable seating, it is particularly nice to stay here in the afternoon sun, especially during the low season.

  These two bedrooms share a comfortable and separate bathroom , which has a spacious walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink.
  On the other side of the house, there is a particularly pleasant living space , which stands out because of the light.

• There is a cozy sitting area and a spacious dining room for four to six guests. The television offers multiple international channels via Chromecast.

• A compact modern open kitchen offers all the necessary conveniences and is equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker with capsules. Stylish and colorful kitchenware ensures that you will enjoy preparing a delicious meal here.

From the living room, you can step onto the terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive rock of Calpe. Whether it is to enjoy a cup of coffee and an extensive breakfast in the morning, or you prefer to end the day here with a delicious cool drink, this terrace never bores you. Here you experience the Mediterranean Sea like never before, with not only the enchanting view but also the smell of the salty waves and the soundtrack of the rushing waves.

Outdoor living: Within walking distance of Alteamar Beach Apartment there are many opportunities to enjoy the outdoor life, without having to take the car.

• The beautiful pebble beach of Altea is located nearby. From the complex you can walk through a pedestrian gate onto the beach. Take a beautiful walk along the paradisiacal beaches of Cap Negret and Cala del Soho to the harbour of El Portet and all the way to La Olla and Porto Senso. These quiet pebble beaches are among the best kept secrets of Altea.
• Those who prefer to dive into the conviviality can walk in the other direction and be in Altea in less than fifteen minutes:
  
  The village centre of Altea is not to be missed, with an impressive selection of atmospheric shops. The jewel in the crown, however, is the old town of Altea , located within walking distance. The charming cobbled streets around the iconic church with its radiant blue domes are enchantingly beautiful and surprise with an impressive range of quality restaurants, terraces of all kinds and original boutiques that offer local art and crafts. The sporty types can enjoy a wonderful beach walk along the beautifully landscaped boulevard , which continues all the way to the next coastal village of Albir.
