An automatic gate and a stately driveway lead to the spacious parking area, where two convenient parking spaces are reserved for Vista Marcielo. From the parking area, take the elevator to the ground floor, where the house welcomes you.

From the entryway, the right side leads to two separate bedrooms and a bathroom, while continuing straight ahead takes you to the open kitchen and adjoining living area, which flows seamlessly onto the exceptionally large, partially covered terrace.

• Opposite the entryway is the master bedroom, which features a 160-cm double bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe. This room opens onto the terrace and offers a side view of the sea and the mountains. The room is equipped with air conditioning, can be completely darkened with a roller shade, and has its own en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub.

• The second guest room is located next to the master bedroom and is furnished with two single beds and a built-in closet. This room also features air conditioning and roller blinds. Adjacent to this room is a comfortable, separate bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

On the other side of the house is the exceptionally cozy living room, featuring a partially open, modern kitchen that blends seamlessly into the space. The cozy seating area and dining area for four guests round out the living room. The television offers access to multiple international channels via Chromecast.

The compact, modern open kitchen offers all the necessary amenities and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a toaster, a grill, and a capsule coffee machine. There is plenty of kitchenware , and the cheerful design makes cooking here a pleasant experience.

From the living room, you step directly onto the terrace, which offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive surrounding mountains.

• The terrace features a comfortable seating area, a table that seats four guests, and what is likely to be a favorite spot for many: ahigh bar table with stools for four guests—the perfect place for an aperitif! From Altea Hills, it’s just a ten-minute drive to the idyllic beaches of Cap Negret and Cala del Soio, where the famous beach restaurants of La Olla and the charming harbor of Porto Senso await you. These quiet pebble beaches are among Altea’s best-kept secrets.
• Those who prefer a livelier atmosphere can drive in the other direction and reach the heart of Altea town in just 15 minutes. The village center is a real gem, but the true highlight is the old town of Altea, which is within walking distance. The charming cobblestone streets surrounding the iconic church with its brilliant blue domes are enchanting and offer an impressive selection of high-quality restaurants, outdoor cafes, and unique boutiques featuring local art and crafts.
• Sports enthusiasts can enjoy a lovely walk along the promenade, which stretches all the way to the next coastal village, Albir.
